We are observing a massive industry shift in the energy sector from petroleum dependence to battery power and we believe this is the greatest opportunity (once in a 100 years) that has ever arrived for the world and particularly for North America, a geography so well suited for energy storage and battery technology development, that it cannot be ignored. The region is rich in minerals, has a growing tech workforce, massive supplier and logistics network and a very strong government support, all of which makes Fetherstill Inc. in a very prime position to move forward with our battery technology development.
We understand that the beating heart of an electric vehicle or any energy storage system is its battery pack. Our team is now undertaking the design and development our own battery module/pack which will be aimed at bringing in the most desired cell chemistry, striking a sound balance between weight, energy density and power, all functioning smoothly with an efficient thermal management system, well suited into our unique design to fulfill the major requirements of efficiency and performance within the energy storage and electric mobility applications, functioning in any industry from passenger transport to construction to agriculture.

Cyber security layer for product Battery Management System

BMS is the most important component for our battery module and facilitates the function of the product. Not having a security layer can expose the product and could potentially cause damage to the user. One of our major goal is to create an end to end safe product for the user. Fetherstill has written code for the BMS to execute a specific set of functions. The main goal is to develop code and create a cyber security layer within the BMS software to avoid any system malfunction.
